We Take ICBC Claims

We are able to direct bill ICBC to save our patients time and out of pocket expense. Please make sure to fill out your Intake form including your claim number, accident date, and adjuster contact information.

If you are outside your 12 week pre-approval period, please provide written approval from your adjuster allowing for an initial assessment and associated reports for every modality you are seeking treatment for before booking in for treatment

We are NOT currently taking on patients for Massage Therapy

We are able to provide direct billing for the following modalities:

    • Follow up (45 min)

    • Initial (40 min)

    • Follow up (15 min)

  • Clinical Counselling

    • Initial (50 min)

    • Follow up (50 min)

  • Kinesiology

    • Initial (50 min)

    • Follow up (35 min)

  • Massage Therapy

    • Initial (60 min)

    • Follow up (45 min)

  • Physiotherapy

    • Initial (45-50 min)

    • Follow up (30 min)
