What to expect for your first appointment?
Please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure that all necessary paperwork is filled out. Wear non-restrictive clothing that you are able to comfortably move in and that exposes the injured area appropriately. Please bring your extended health information or ICBC claim number if you are wanting to take advantage direct billing.

What is our cancellation policy?
By booking an appointment with us you are agreeing to our Cancellation and No Show Policy
Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment or a fee equivalent to your booked appointment will apply. Situationally dependent, the fee may be reduced. If we are able to fill your spot, no late cancellation fee will be applied
No Show Policy: not attending your appointment and providing zero communication to the clinic will not be tolerated. A No Show fee equivalent to the time you had booked will be charged.
Our practitioners have reserved their time specifically for you, and this is their livelihood. Please respect our hard working practitioners and contact us if you are unable to attend.
