Submitting to extended benefits plans is a courtesy. If the insurer portal is down or the benefits do not go through, it is your responsibility to pay for the services you have received.

All outstanding fees are required to be paid in full prior to departure. Failure to do so will be treated as theft of services and will not be tolerated.
